“Borromean Islands and Stresa” Package
With the “Borromean Islands and Stresa” package, we propose a stay in a double room with a balcony and lake view for two people, including a buffet breakfast, at the Hotel Cannero Lakeside Resort in Cannero Riviera.
Cannero Riviera is located on the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore, near the Swiss border. It is approximately one hour by boat from the Borromean Islands and Stresa when traveling south on our private boats with a captain.
Departing from Cannero Riviera on our private boats with a captain, you can visit:
- Isola Bella: Famous for its palace and Italian Baroque garden.
- Isola Madre: Home to a botanical garden and a palace with a more intimate, family atmosphere compared to the majestic Isola Bella.
- Isola Superiore (Pescatori): Known for its traditional fishermen’s houses and numerous restaurants.
- Stresa: An elegant town facing the Borromean Gulf, renowned for its manicured lakeside gardens and luxury hotels.
Package Details:
- Transport Included: Round-trip travel and transfers between islands via our private boats, “Giada” and “Rebecca,” with a captain.
- Schedule: A full-day visit is recommended. Our boats stop at all three islands every Monday and Thursday. On Saturdays, it is possible to visit Isola Bella. We suggest choosing two islands per trip to enjoy them fully.
- Tickets: Entrance tickets for the Borromean Islands can be booked online at the Hotel Reception on the morning of your departure. Our staff will assist you, and the cost can be added to your final hotel bill.
