“Castelli di Cannero” Package

With the “Castelli di Cannero” package, we propose a stay in a room with a balcony and lake view for two people, including a buffet breakfast at the Hotel Cannero Lakeside Resort in Cannero Riviera.

Our village, Cannero Riviera, is located on the Piedmontese shore of Lake Maggiore, near the Swiss border and a short distance from the famous town of Stresa and well-known sites such as the Borromean Islands. Cannero Riviera itself offers visitors significant cultural insights into its history and the history of Lake Maggiore.

Therefore, the package includes a ticket for the visit to the Castelli di Cannero and transportation via the Terre Borromeo shuttle boat (date and time to be arranged at check-in). The Castelli di Cannero stand on two islets about 1.5 km (as the crow flies) from the village and are accessible only by small boats. These remains of ancient medieval fortresses were recently restored by the Borromeo family, who own them. To visit the museum inside, you must purchase an entry ticket online and reach them using the shuttle boats provided by the Borromeo family.
